Introduction:

- The purpose of this role is to support all aspects of the BX cost controller activites and Legal Entity reporting for BX.

What will you be doing?
- Provide Legal Entity reporting of BX costs on a periodic basis
- Provide and compile the content for the Cost Control Forum and the attached sectarial services
- Publish and develop the KPIs through Cost Control Forum
- Participate in the planning process for the Legal Entity
- Participate and support on Adhoc related enquiries (EUDA, LE views, Attestations, Etc.,)
- Perform controls & checks to ensure data accuracy
- Ensure timely and efficient business delivery and Ensure adherence to SLAs
- Automate manual BAU processes to improve productivity where possible.
- Coordinate with FC Team and FBPs to fix the system breaks
- Ensure adherence to governance and risk policies & procedures.
- Ensure that the overall cost control governance framework for the FTC with regards to RCSA, EUDA and various Operational risks related activitite are complied with.

What we’re looking for:

- CA and/or MBA graduates with strong academic record and 3+ years’ experience in Accounting / Finance function.
- Those with past experience in large audit firms, or in sizable banking institutions/MNCs, or in a global shared Services environment will be preferred
- Post graduate qualification in a numerate/information discipline is desirable
- Experience in Financial Reporting, Control, Planning and/or Analytics is desirable
- Barclays data and/or analytics experience a distinct advantage
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong planning & organisational skill
