Introduction:
The purpose of the role is to be part of the Group Technical Analytics sub functions within Group function. You will be responsible for overall Group Tax and Capital management which includes Actuals reporting, outlook / forecast submission, variance analysis between actuals and forecast, STP/ MTP/ BOE submissions, LE PBT submission.

What will you be doing?
- Responsible for finalisation of monthly Capital actuals
- Responsible for ETR, Discrete & DTA outlook submission for Group on a monthly basis interacting with FBPs
- Ensure tax calculation every month and ensure the data matches to Actuals from reporting systems
- Generate Actuals/Outlook Boiler plate for covering entire P&L
- Proactively identify and drive enhancements to forecasting process and control environment
- Performance and monitoring of Key Controls and Reconciliations
- Perform S302 for Group ROTE & other metrics.
- Co-ordinate LE PBT process for accurate Tax forcasting for Outlook, Plan, Stress Testing.
- Co-ordinate with Group CALM for Group Capital plan and facilitate load in the system.

What we’re looking for:

- Experienced management accountant
- Experience of building and operating effective control environments
- Ability to build, maintain and improve the operating effectiveness of processes
- Good stakeholder management with effective written and verbal communication skills
- Should be strong in Essbase, SAP H4

Skills that will help you in the role:

- CA, CMA or equivalent
- Specific experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and Management reporting is preferred
- Experience in handling large data with strong excel skills
- Exposure to tools such as Alteryx would be advantageous
