Introduction:
The role holder will be responsible for leading and overseeing delivery of HR projects, production of Financial MI reporting, and adherence to the HR Regulatory Requests and Disclosure governance frameworks.

What will you be doing?
- Delivery and leadership of key pieces of activity, analysis, reports and processes at the Group HR level, coordinating across all HR Transaction Cycles and a broad network of stakeholders.
- Produce and / or coordinate high quality papers for senior audiences including but not limited to: Group HR Director, HR ExCo, Group ExCo and Cost Board.
- Work in close partnership with the Finance Business Partner and Chief Controls Officers for HR to ensure alignment of outlooks and control requirements.
- Overseeing adherence to the HR Regulatory Requests and Disclosure governance frameworks across HR.

What we’re looking for:

- Proven ability to manage costs and FTE, develop reporting, and own budget and forecast processes.
- Strong written & verbal communication and presentation, high quality papers providing clear updates.
- Strong problem-solving skills. Able to identify and collaborate effectively with relevant stakeholders and gather, review, and interpret complex data in order to identify a proposed solution.
- Analytical capability and attention to detail, ability to draw insight and construct compelling narrative.
