Job Summary:

The AVP- Marketing will be responsible for creating profitable marketing strategies. This is a P&L role involving planning, strategy, consumer insights and media spends.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement long term marketing startegies Conduct market analysis, identify growth opportunities, define target markets Aligh marketing initiatives to overall business P&L Ownership of marketing budgets, monitoring financial metrics and collaborate with cross functional teams to drive profitability and operational efficiency Oversee brand strategy, strong positioning and development of innovative campaigns Drive the development and alunch of new products , develop effective go to market strategies Leverage data anlystics, measure campaign effectiveness and drive digital transformation in marketing Build relationship across multiple stakeholders, including agencies and media partners

Candidate Experience:

15+ years of experience in Marketing, from FMCG industry Full time MBA in Marketing from reputed institutions Stong communicator, with excellent stakeholder management skills
