**Responsibilities**:
- Welcome passengers and assist them with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and boarding processes.
- Provide courteous and efficient assistance to travelers with inquiries, including flight information, directions, and amenities within the airport.
- Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors, elderly passengers, or individuals with disabilities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with airport staff and airlines to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in designated work areas, including ticket counters, gates, and boarding areas.
- Adhere to security protocols and regulations to ensure the safety and security of passengers and airport facilities.
- Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and industry trends to provide accurate information to passengers.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
