**Role Overview**

AtoZ VirtuaL is seeking a passionate and innovative **Business Partner - Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)** to lead and manage all CSR initiatives for the company. The role involves creating meaningful social impact through innovative campaigns and programs, fostering relationships with corporates, NGOs, and government entities, and ensuring the successful execution of CSR activities. This is a strategic position aligned with AtoZ VirtuaL’s mission to empower women and contribute to public welfare while enhancing corporate branding.

This position operates on a performance-based model during the probation period, transitioning to a fixed salary based on outcomes.

**Key ResponsibilitiesCSR Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop, strategize, and implement impactful CSR programs that align with AtoZ VirtuaL’s vision and mission.
- Identify innovative and out-of-the-box ideas for CSR campaigns that benefit stakeholders and contribute to public welfare.
- Align CSR initiatives with women empowerment programs to reinforce AtoZ VirtuaL’s mission.

**Corporate Partnerships and Funding**:

- Build strong partnerships with corporates to utilize their CSR funds effectively, benefiting employees, the public, and enhancing corporate branding.
- Prepare and present compelling CSR proposals to corporates, showcasing how funds will be used for impactful initiatives.
- Explore opportunities to secure projects with government agencies for skill development and public welfare programs.

**Collaboration and Execution**:

- Establish collaborations with NGOs, social welfare organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of CSR activities.
- Plan, organize, and execute end-to-end CSR activities, ensuring all aspects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Foster partnerships with multiple organizations to expand the reach and impact of CSR initiatives.

**Team Building and Management**:

- Recruit, train, and support a dedicated team for effective planning and execution of CSR programs.
- Guide and motivate the team to achieve goals and maintain the quality of CSR activities.

**Public Engagement and Branding**:

- Design programs that promote public welfare while enhancing corporate branding for AtoZ VirtuaL and partner organizations.
- Showcase AtoZ VirtuaL as a leader in CSR initiatives by undertaking challenging and high-impact activities.
- Compete effectively in the market by delivering innovative and impactful CSR campaigns.

**Impact Measurement and Reporting**:

- Monitor and measure the impact of CSR programs to ensure goals are met and resources are effectively utilized.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of CSR activities for transparency and future reference.
- Present impact reports to stakeholders, demonstrating the value and outcomes of CSR initiatives.

**Compliance and Innovation**:

- Ensure all CSR activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.
- Continuously seek advanced and innovative approaches to enhance the impact of CSR activities.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Address any duties, responsibilities, and accountabilities necessary to ensure smooth CSR operations.
- Stay updated on CSR trends and best practices to improve program effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing CSR programs, social impact initiatives, or related fields.
- Strong connections with corporates, NGOs, and government entities for collaboration and project execution.
- Expertise in proposal writing and securing CSR funding from corporate and governmental sources.
- Ability to design and implement impactful women empowerment initiatives.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with government skill development and public welfare projects.
