**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:

- Qualify leads to ensure alignment with the company's target audience.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and prospect information.
- Nurture relationships with leads to convert them into customers.
- **Sales Strategy Execution**:

- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on campaigns and drive engagement.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer interactions.
- **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with the pre-sales and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the software/IT industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
