**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all import and export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
- Knowledge for IEC (Import Export Certification), UNC codes
- Co-ordination for DGFT, Familiarization with International trades related general laws & conditions
- Knowledge of basic custom duty
- Knowledge of CHA scope,
- Containerization - packing & Handling, LCL load etc
- Experience of exports from India to US / Mexico / Brasil / China will be added an advantage.
- Liasoning with India customs department
- Prepare, review, and manage all necessary import/export documents such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers for the efficient movement of shipments.
- Monitor shipment schedules and delivery timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines and prompt resolution of any delays or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and shipments, ensuring traceability and proper documentation.
- Manage and track customs clearance procedures, including handling tariffs, duties, and taxes.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Procurement, Finance, Warehouse) to streamline import/export operations and resolve any discrepancies.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in logistics operations and recommend measures to optimize transportation and freight costs.
- Conduct periodic audits of import/export documents and processes to identify and address any compliance gaps.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including customs authorities, transportation providers, and regulatory agencies.
- Prepare regular reports on shipment status, costs, and overall import/export performance for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree / diploma in engg. With relevant experience of 4-5 years
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in import/export operations or logistics, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent command on English language, especially rules of syntax, punctuation, and grammar.
- Readiness for minimum 3 years of commitment.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- This position may require occasional travel for supplier visits and trade compliance meetings.
- Must be able to work flexible hours as needed to coordinate with international suppliers and clients across different time zones.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
