**Job Summary**:
The Sr. Import & Export Executive will be responsible for handling all import and export-related activities, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and managing endto-end logistics operations. The role requires strong knowledge of import/export documentation, customs clearance procedures, and international shipping practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Export Documentation & Compliance**:Prepare and manage export-related documents, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and customs declarations. Ensure compliance with international trade laws and company policies.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and other logistics providers to arrange transportation of goods. Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of shipments.
- **Internal Coordination**:Work closely with sales, production, and finance departments to ensure smooth export operations and timely order fulfillment.
- **Customs Clearance & Regulatory Compliance**: Handle import and export customs clearance procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, tariffs, and duties. Liaise with customs brokers and regulatory authorities as needed.
- **Vendor & Supplier Management**:Communicate with international suppliers, vendors, and customers for import/export-related requirements. Negotiate freight rates and service agreements with logistics providers.
- **Trade Compliance & Documentation**: Stay updated with changes in international trade policies, import/export regulations, and documentation requirements to avoid compliance risks.
- **Shipment Tracking & Reporting**:Monitor shipments, track delivery schedules, and resolve any logístical issues that may arise. Maintain records of all transactions for audit and reporting purposes.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for improving logistics efficiency, cost reduction, and process optimization within the import/export operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
