**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of import/export operations, including documentation, transportation, and customs clearance
- Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate records of all shipments
- Develop and maintain relationships with international suppliers and customers
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the timely delivery of goods
- Monitor and track shipments and communicate any delays or issues to stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and developments, and share insights with the team
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the import/export industry
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of import/export regulations and documentation requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office and experience with logistics software preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in English and one additional language preferred
