**Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern**

**Location**: Bengaluru, India
**Internship Duration**: 3-6 months
**Type**: Full-time Internship (with potential for full-time conversion)

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Talent Acquisition Intern** to join our team and support core HR operations and recruitment activities. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end talent processes while contributing to HR initiatives that shape the employee experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and internal transfers
- Coordinate and track employee leave requests and maintain accurate leave records
- Assist with responding to employee queries on HR policies, payroll, and benefits
- Help maintain and update HR documentation such as policies and employee handbooks
- Provide support in HR systems training for employees and managers
- Conduct research on HR compliance updates and assist in implementing necessary changes
- Identify areas for operational improvement in HR workflows
- Assist in creating presentations and training materials for HR and TA initiatives
- Participate in recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and managing job postings

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree (completed or ongoing) in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Prior internship or up to 1 year of experience in HR, TA, or related function preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative
