Role Overview:

Duration: Flexible 6-month internship.

Location: Remote/Hybrid (based in India, with flexibility to suit your schedule).

Stipend: ₹5,000 - ₹12,000 per month + performance incentives up to ₹20,000.

What You'll Do:

Screen and connect candidates to exciting EU job opportunities in IT, healthcare, and more.

Learn visa processes, CRM tools, and recruitment best practices from industry pros.

Network with European employers and build your professional connections.

Assist in resume building, interview preparation, and skill assessments for candidates.

Contribute to our mission of empowering Indian talent for global mobility.

What We're Looking For:

Freshers or students/recent graduates in HR, Business, or related fields (no prior experience required – we'll train you).

Strong communication skills (English/Kannada/Hindi; regional languages a plus).

Enthusiastic about international careers and eager to learn.

Basic computer skills; familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, or CRM tools is advantageous.
