Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Talent Acquisition Intern. The intern will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. They will help ensure an excellent candidate experience, contribute to employer branding initiatives, and support hiring managers in identifying talent needs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
  • Understanding of Hiring and Employer Branding techniques
  • Strong skills in Interviewing and Candidate Evaluation
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Experience or internships in talent acquisition are a plus
