
Talent Acquisition Intern

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Intern. As a TA intern, you will identify, map and screen external talent pools to ensure the company's needs are fulfilled in case of a talented workforce.
Thus, a commitment to collaborative problem-solving and an attitude to learning is essential.
**Responsibilities**:
- Sourcing and discovering top talent for open positions using job boards and other unconventional techniques.
- Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
- Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews with the hiring Managers.
- Performing background and reference checks.
- Strong in searching Techniques/sending Mass Mails/job postings.
- Meet client mandates by promptly fulfilling job requirements.
- Ensure timely hiring by maintaining TAT and adhering to key performance metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and interview-to-offer ratio.
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
**Skills Required**:
- A degree in human resources management, Psychology, business administration, or any relevant field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior internship experience in talent acquisition or a similar field.
- Knowledge of human resources laws.
- Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn will be a plus.
- Ability to multitask, creative with problem-solving ability.
- Sound negotiable and convincing skills.
- Awareness of various interviewing methods.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
