About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations, giving exposure to end-to-end hiring processes across different roles and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Manage job postings on job portals, social media, and other platforms.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow-up with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and databases.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Pursuing MBA/PGDM in HR (or recent graduate).
- Strong communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Passion for HR and recruitment with a keen eye for talent.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
