Redwing Labs is a dynamic and fast-growing startup that values people and culture. We are looking for an enthusiastic **Talent Acquisition intern** to support our HR team in building a great workplace
**What will you be doing?**
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential hires.
- Support onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
- Assist in HR operations, including maintaining databases, reports and other HR functions.
- Contribute to employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
**See your fit**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- A people person with great communication skills.
- Organized and proactive—can juggle multiple things at once.
- Comfortable with MS Office/G suite; bonus if you’ve used an ATS before or have a knowledge.
- You have a creative mind & always ready to innovate and share ideas to improve the processes.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
