**bout the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process for roles like Developers, QA, Designers, and Team Leads.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for technical interviews and feedback.
- Assist in onboarding and HR operational tasks when required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
- 6 months - 1 years of IT recruitment experience (freshers with internship in IT hiring can also apply).
- Familiarity with IT job roles (e.g., Flutter, iOS, Android, Laravel, MERN, QA, UI/UX).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements at once and meet deadlines.
