**Position**:Inside Sales Executive

**Minimum Qualification**:Any Graduate

**Minimum Experience**:1 Year

**Location**:Noida

**Description**:ISIEINDIA is looking for a resilient, empathic inside sales executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Inside Sales executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption. You will also be required to build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship.

**Roles & Responsibility**:

- Highlighting the benefits of Specific Programs, and Courses in order to attract students.
- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- Helping students choose courses and programs that will help them get into their chosen careers after graduation.
- Assisting students in Universities, Institutes and Colleges to help them prepare for, select, and get into programs and Courses.
- Staying current with programs, majors, and courses, and developments in the course curriculum.
- Developing and maintaining an active alumni network to plan events, help students find opportunities in their fields, and obtain funding.
- Maintaining accurate and current knowledge of educational legislation, trends, developments, and resources.
- Helping the working professionals to choose the courses and programs to get into their desired career.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.

**Key Skills and Minimum Qualification**:

- Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behaviour.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
- Professional yet affable disposition.
- Neat, well-groomed appearance.
- Great networking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
- Emboldened by challenges.

**Salary**: ₹9,783.29 - ₹34,885.38 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sector 63, Noida - 201301, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
