Title: Inside Sales Executive (B2B)

We're on the lookout for a talented Inside Sales Executive with a knack for B2B engagements to join our team at ShramIN Connect Pvt Ltd. In this role, you'll be instrumental in identifying lucrative opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving lead generation through outbound calls to Enterprises and Placement Agencies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls confidently.
- Utilize various channels including LinkedIn and job portals for lead generation.
- Engage with customers and prospects through outbound calls.
- Understand client requirements and spot sales prospects.
- Demonstrate product features effectively.
- Schedule and follow up on meetings with enterprise clients regularly.
- Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and analyze data in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of proven inside sales experience in the recruitment/staffing/job portal sector (e.g., Naukri, Apna, Times Jobs, Just Dial, Sulekha, IndiaMart, etc.).
- Track record of exceeding quotas.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Graduates from any discipline are welcome to apply.

**Salary**: Up to ₹400,000.00 per month
