**Job Title**: Architect / Interior Designer
**Location**: Bangalore

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Design & Conceptualization**:

- Develop creative and functional architectural and interior design concepts.
- Create mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to visualize design ideas.
- Research and integrate innovative materials and sustainable practices.
- **Project Management**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and requirements.
- Manage end-to-end design projects, from initial concept to final execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors to ensure project quality and timelines.
- **Technical Design**:

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and plans.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Utilize design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other tools.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Address feedback and iterate designs to meet client expectations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- **Trends & Innovation**:

- Stay updated on current trends in architecture and interior design.
- Experiment with new design approaches, technologies, and materials.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- **Experience**: [e.g., 6+ years of experience in architecture and/or interior design].
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, 3ds Max, or similar).
- Strong creative and visualization skills.
- Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of sustainable and green design principles is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
