**INTERIOR DESIGNER/ ARCHITECT / INTERIOR ARCHITECT**

**Job Summary**:
**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in interior design, Architecture or related field.
- Portfolio of the previous work.
- Project management experience.
- Should be a quick learner.
- Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.
- Able to develop and present design concepts
- Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups, renderings, and walkthrough) for Customers.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision. (Kannada, English, Hindi - preferred)
- Interior Designing, Layout Design, AutoCAD Drafting, Quantity Assessment, Technical drawings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, Sketch Up, 3DS Max, Adobe Photoshop, Vray, Lumion or similar design software.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Strong visual design skills including proportion and aesthetics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- At least one year of Professional experience on Residential and commercial interiors.
- Knowledge of preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantity)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- AutoCAD: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Interior design: 1 year (preferred)
