**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**: Create innovative design concepts tailored to client needs, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and brand alignment.
- **Space Planning**: Develop efficient and practical space plans that optimize layout for functionality and flow within the commercial space.
- **Material & Product Selection**: Select appropriate materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes that align with the project’s design intent, budget, and timeline.
- **Client Engagement**: Engage with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and feedback, translating these into design solutions.
- **Technical Drawings**: Prepare detailed technical drawings, elevations, and plans using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.) for presentation and construction purposes.
- **Budget Management**: Work with project teams to establish and maintain budgets, making necessary adjustments to designs based on financial considerations.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that designs comply with health, safety, and building regulations and standards.
- **Project Management**: Oversee the entire design process, from initial concept development to project delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of [3-5] years of experience in commercial interior design, with a portfolio of completed fit-out projects.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design software. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of building codes, commercial design trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
