**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand design requirements, lifestyle needs, and project goals.
- Develop creative and functional design concepts for **residential interiors** including living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, foyers, and more.
- Create **detailed layouts, elevations, and working drawings** using CAD software.
- Prepare **3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs** using tools like SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape, V-Ray, Corona, or equivalent software.
- Select and specify **materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements** to match the design concept.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure design accuracy during execution.
- Present design concepts, mood boards, and proposals to clients for approvals.
- Ensure projects meet **budget, timeline, and quality standards**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- **2-5 years of experience** in residential interior design (freshers with exceptional portfolios will be considered).
- Proficiency in:

- **AutoCAD**:

- **SketchUp, 3ds Max** (for modeling)
- **Enscape, V-Ray, Corona Renderer** or other rendering software
- Adobe Photoshop (for presentation boards)
- Strong knowledge of **residential space planning, furniture layouts, and materials**.
- Excellent eye for detail, aesthetics, and functionality.
- Strong **communication and client presentation skills**.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
