**DESIGNATION**: CREATIVE ARCHITECT/ INTERIOR DESIGNER (COMMERCIAL & CORPORATE FITOUTS)

**EXPERIENCE**: 7+ YEARS

**QUALIFICATION**:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

**SKILLS**:

- Proven experience as a Creative Designer or a similar role in the interior design industry.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualization and Design**:

- Develop creative and innovative design concepts for interior spaces, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.
- Produce detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas.
- **Project Management**:

- Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered within established timelines and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, contractors, and clients, to ensure seamless project execution.
- **Material and Finish Selection**:

- Research and recommend appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with design concepts and meet quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging materials to enhance design innovation.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Engage with clients to understand their preferences, requirements, and expectations.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients, addressing feedback and incorporating changes as necessary.
- **Code Compliance**:

- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with relevant authorities to obtain necessary approvals and permits.

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
