Role: Architect to work on Interior Design projects for the USA & Middle East clients from India.

Discipline: Architecture

Platform: CAD & BIM

Duties: ▪ Technical contribution:
▪ Contribute technically on Interior Design projects by following USA /

Middle East standards.

▪ Adopt Interior Design advanced concepts from time to time pertaining

to both CAD & BIM with specific focus on design.

▪ Follow Constructability and Interior Design standards on the assigned

projects.

▪ Deliver the projects as per client expectations on AutoCAD and Revit

software.

▪ Client Coordination:
▪ Daily / Weekly status calls with client to update the project status.

▪ Capture and analyze the client requirements directly.

▪ Deliver the projects to clients as per the schedule.

▪ Primary point of contact for all project scope related items, on the

assigned projects, along with the Lead Architect.

▪ Work with client on all the technical matters from offshore, related to

the assigned projects with the support from Lead Architect.

▪ Project Delivery

▪ Work as per client expectations on the assigned projects along with the

Lead Architect.

▪ QC:
▪ Follow project QC checklist across the assigned projects.

▪ Maintain the same level of quality on all deliverables in all the assigned

projects.

▪ Time/Effort:
▪ Maintain and track time sheets of the assigned projects.

▪ Report the effort spent to clients of the assigned projects.

Responsibilities: ▪ This role will have no Architects reporting directly.

▪ Responsible for overall performance of the assigned projects.

▪ Overall quality of deliverables to the clients, on the assigned projects.

▪ Delivery of AutoCAD and Revit projects as per clients expectations.

▪ Design

Skillset: ▪ Technical & Standards

▪ Revit Architecture

▪ AutoCAD

▪ BIM360

▪ Domain

▪ USA & Middle East Interior Design and Constructability.

▪ USA & Middle East Building codes (mandatory)

▪ Working knowledge on USA & Middle East projects (mandatory)

▪ Working knowledge on Residential Buildings, Commercial, Institutional,

Industrial, Hospitality and Mixed-use buildings.

Qualification: ▪ B. Arch / M. Arch

Experience: ▪ Overall 3 to 6 years of experience as Architect / Interior Designer.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

Ability to Commute:

- Bangalore, Karnataka (required)
