**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Concept Development**: Work with clients to understand their vision, brand identity, and project requirements.
- **Space Planning**: Create efficient layouts that optimize functionality, traffic flow, and aesthetics.
- **Design Documentation**: Prepare detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and presentations using design software.
- **Material Selection**: Source and recommend materials, furniture, and finishes that align with the project budget and vision.
- **Project Management**: Oversee all phases of the design process, from initial concept to final installation.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and timely completion.
- **Trends & Innovation**: Stay updated with the latest trends in commercial interior design, sustainability practices, and technology advancements.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of **2-5 years of experience** in commercial interior design.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of building codes, ADA compliance, and sustainability practices.
- **Soft Skills**: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of commercial design projects.
