**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate all design-related documentation for commercial fit-out projects from concept through construction.
- Manage document control systems, ensuring version control, timely distribution, and secure storage of design files (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, PDFs).
- Liaise with internal teams (design, project management, site) and external consultants (architects, MEP engineers, clients) to ensure timely submissions and feedback.
- Track and manage drawing submittals, RFIs, comments, and approvals across all stakeholders.
- Maintain and regularly update design registers, drawing logs, submittal schedules, and change tracking documents.
- Ensure that design deliverables comply with building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
- Assist in resolving design-related issues on-site in coordination with the site team.
- Support the implementation of design control standards and best practices across projects.
- Participate in design coordination meetings and provide accurate reporting on document status and design progress.
- Ensure alignment of all design elements with construction feasibility, cost considerations, and client expectations.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a design coordination or design control role, preferably in commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Proficient in document control systems and design software (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, Aconex or similar platforms).
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple design packages simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.

Pay: ₹406,693.48 - ₹1,677,502.23 per year
