Position-**Instrumentation & control Designer**

**Instrumentation & control Designer should be able to design, develop & draft following Instrumentation deliverables and lead the team of Draftsman.**

- **Able to Read understand P & IDs,**
- Preparation of Instrumentation Cable Schedule.
- Preparation of Instrument Cable Gland Schedule & Cable Drum Schedule.
- Design & Drafting of Loop Drawings
- **Develop IS loop calculation**,
- Design & Drafting of JB termination details
- **Design & Drafting of Interconnection wiring diagrams for PLC/DCS.Mark-VIe.**
- **Develop and Update Cause & Effect matrix**
- Design & Drafting of Instrument Installation Drawings.
- Preparation of Instrument Index.
- Design of Plant Electrical **One Line** **(Single line)** Diagrams.
- **Able to read & understand MCC Schematics, Generators Panel Wiring.**
- Design & Drafting of Instrument Pneumatic / Primary Hook-ups.
- Preparation of I/O list for PLC/DCS.
- Preparation of Instrument Data Sheets
- Design & Drafting of System Configuration Drawing/ **Network Topology Diagrams **.
- Estimation of Instrument work such as Cable Length, Cable Glands, Tray
- Length, Earthing Materials, MCT Blocks etc.,.
- Dealing with Client & Vendors.
- Preparation of GA & IGA of Panels such as Marshalling panel, Relay panel and

DCS/PLC Panels & Consoles.
- **Able to understand resolution by client and consultants Comments & resolution**
- **Layouts**
- Design & Drafting of Instrument Layout Drawings.
- Design & Drafting of Cable Routing and Cable Ladder (Tray) Layout Drawings.
- Design & Drafting of Control Room Layout Drawings (Equipment, Cable Routing
- & Earthing layouts).
- Fire & Gas Detection System Layouts.
- Report Generating/ Pie charts in excel

**Software/Skills**

**AutoCAD- Mandatory**
**MS Excel/Word**
**MS Visio,**
**SPI/Aviva Instrumentation**

**Knowledge of any 3D modelling is added advantage**

**Qualification-**

**- B.E degree or Diploma in Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering.**

**- Individual should have minimum 3 years’ experience.**

**- Good academic credentials**
