- Responsibilities_
- _Lead and manage India GTM team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation._
- _Plan and monitor the day-to-day execution of numerous Commercial & Marketing Operations processes, consistently assess all processes for potential optimization paths, and resolve any issues that affect delivery._
- _Ensure team compliance with client’s standards, regulations, and ethics._
- _Scale team as appropriate through targeted recruiting efforts and adjust alignment of responsibilities based on the needs of the business._
- _Drive transformation and productivity goals for the group and identify areas for technology enablement._
- _Commercial Ops,_
- _Direct and oversee the administration of the firm’s global cross-referral award program, including intricate tracking and quantification of thousands of client engagements and associated status updates to award recipients._
- _Influence and leverage global sales performance and revenue credit reporting via the firm’s Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems, including custom reporting based on the specific needs of client service stakeholders._
- _Experience in firm-wide reward or sales incentive programs._
- _Salesforce functional skills (particularly the ability to suggest enhancements for opportunities)_
- _Drive and expand various evergreen sales enablement initiatives, including general Salesforce CRM onboard training and client data analysis that correlates Salesforce conversion value to Dynamics revenue._
- _Collaborate with client service stakeholders to define and measure progress against commercial goals and KPIs and continually develop new reports and dashboards clearly evidencing commercial performance and trends._
- _Support the firm’s strategic account program with analysis and insights based on comprehensive sales activity measurement._
- _Marketing Ops,_
- _Lead a team of B2b Marketing Ops Analysts responsible for executing and delivering campaigns across both own and paid channels_
- _Lead conversations with the client on critical Marketing transformation initiatives and ensure delivery_
- _Plans and oversee marketing initiatives as per the client needs while ensuring the team is meeting agreed SLA’s_
- _Experience in driving customer journey programs thereby optimizing the sales funnel positively_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications_
- _Relevant years of experience in Sales and Marketing Operations with a minimum of 10 years in management roles._
- _Significant experience managing commercially focused teams in multinational corporations and/or professional services firms. Experience leading teams working 24/5 is an advantage._
- _Exceptional team management, project management, and time management skills._
- _Superior presentation and written communication ability with an emphasis on business writing._
- _Proven track record of inspiring team innovation across multiple areas of responsibility._
- _Proven track record of adopting Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvement and increase efficiency._
- _Substantial Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience is essential._
- _Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are strongly preferred._
- _Advanced Power BI or equivalent reporting experience is an advantage._
- _Bachelor’s degree (Masters desirable) in English, Business, Management, or equivalent field._
- _Work hours must overlap with U.S. Eastern Time. Standard team hours are 2:00-11:00 IST._
- _Ability to travel as and when required._
