About the Role
In the Sales Enablement role , you will play a critical role in equipping our Sales, Presales & SDR teams with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to excel. You will be a strategic partner to the Sales Leadership team, developing and implementing comprehensive enablement programs that drive pipeline generation, shorten sales cycles, and maximize revenue attainment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive Sales Enablement strategy, aligned with overall business goals.
- Create and deliver impactful training programs for Sales, Presales & SDR teams, covering product knowledge, sales methodologies, negotiation tactics, and objection handling.
- Develop and curate sales collateral, playbooks, and other resources for ongoing learning and reference.
- Coach and mentor Sales, Presales & SDR team members on sales techniques and best practices.
- Analyse sales data and identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in Sales Enablement.
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to ensure alignment between enablement programs and marketing messaging, product capabilities, and ongoing product development.
- Manage and mentor the Sales & SDR Trainers, providing guidance and support in their role.
- Track the impact of enablement programs on key sales metrics and KPIs.
- Ability to train the entire sales team about the product, industry, competition battle cards, vertical specific pitches and much more.
- Ability to actively participate in customer calls in-case needed as a learning process.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Sales or Pre-sales/Solution engineering of 4+ years.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Sales Enablement or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales training programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive training materials.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales technology tools is a plus.
- Passion for sales and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience managing and mentoring team members is a plus.

- Experience in the B2B technology industry.
- Knowledge of Netcore Cloud products and solutions.
