- **Project Management**: Assist in the planning and execution of strategic projects and initiatives. Track progress, manage deadlines, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely completion.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes. Follow up on action items to ensure implementation.
- **Research and Analysis**: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities. Provide the CEO with insights and recommendations to inform decision-making.
- **Office Management**: Oversee general office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor management. Coordinate with HR and other departments as needed.
- **Event Planning**: Assist in planning and coordinating company events, team meetings, and offsite activities.
