- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Ability to **multitask and manage multiple job openings** simultaneously.
- Understanding of **labor laws and hiring regulations**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in **bulk hiring or campus recruitment**.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced environment** and meet hiring deadlines.
