The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized service and addressing any concerns or requests. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming and positive environment for guests, managing their needs throughout their stay, and ensuring high standards of service are maintained at all times.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm, friendly, and professional atmosphere.
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain communication with all departments to ensure guest needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or issues in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ensure guest preferences and special requests are noted and communicated to the relevant departments.
- Coordinate with the housekeeping, food & beverage, and other teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Assist in organizing special events, room arrangements, or VIP services as needed.
- Conduct guest satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to continuously improve services.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all guest areas.
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Previous experience in a guest relations, customer service, or hospitality role is a plus.
- Knowledge of reservation and front office systems (e.g., Opera, PMS).
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
