**Job Title: E-commerce Refund Reconciliation Executive**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reconcile customer return and refund data from e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) with internal order and finance systems
- Validate whether returned products have been received and refunds issued accordingly by the platform
- Monitor refund status and ensure that customer and company funds are accurately settled
- Cross-check refund deductions, damaged/undelivered item charges, and penalties imposed by marketplaces
- Identify and resolve refund mismatches, delays, and short settlements
- Communicate with marketplace support for dispute resolution and claim filing
- Work with operations and warehouse teams to verify product return statuses and inventory updates
- Maintain daily/weekly refund reconciliation reports and MIS dashboards for internal audit and review
- Ensure all refund activities are compliant with internal financial policies and tax regulations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations, reconciliation, or accounts
- Knowledge of how refunds are handled on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Good command of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
- Attention to detail, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple refund cycles and meet reporting deadlines

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working with seller panels, payment gateways, and return management systems
- Familiarity with ERP/accounting tools like Tally
- Understanding of e-commerce logistics and return workflows
- Knowledge of GST implications on refunds and return settlements
