**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize e-commerce operations on Myntra, Flipkart, and Ajio, ensuring seamless order processing and fulfillment.
- Conduct payment reconciliation to verify accuracy in sales, commissions, and deductions.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
- Oversee product cataloging, listing optimization, and content enhancement for better visibility.
- Update keywords and product descriptions to improve search rankings and customer engagement.
- Monitor competitor pricing, trends, and promotions to maintain a competitive edge.
- Identify and acquire new clients, fostering strong relationships with existing and potential business partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams for inventory management, logistics, and customer service improvements.
- Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and consumer behavior to drive business decisions.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform policies, and industry best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing e-commerce portals like **Myntra, Flipkart, and Ajio**.
- Strong understanding of payment reconciliation and financial aspects of online selling.
- Expertise in cataloging, listing optimization, and keyword updates.
- Knowledge of e-commerce marketing, promotions, and sales strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
