ruPosition: E-Commerce Executive

Location: ABS PLAZA 3rd FLOOR JAGATPURA JAIPUR

Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in E-commerce operations (Myntra panel preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Listing Management:
  • Upload and manage product listings on the Myntra seller panel.
  • Ensure accurate product details, descriptions, images, sizes, and SEO-friendly content.
  • Discount & Pricing Management:
  • Plan and update pricing strategies, discounts, and offers as per Myntra guidelines.
  • Monitor competition pricing and ensure best possible margins.
  • Advertisement & Campaign Management:
  • Run Myntra Ads (CPC/Ads Manager) for product visibility and sales boost.
  • Track and optimize ad campaigns to improve ROI.
  • Order & Inventory Management:
  • Manage daily orders, returns, cancellations, and exchanges on the Myntra panel.
  • Ensure proper stock availability and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams.
  • Payment Reconciliation:
  • Monitor Myntra payments, commissions, deductions, and settlements.
  • Handle claims, disputes, and reconciliation of pending payments.
  • Sales Growth & Analytics:
  • Work on strategies to increase brand visibility, sales, and growth on Myntra.
  • Analyze sales reports, order trends, and customer behavior.
  • Myntra CTA & Commission Knowledge:
  • Understand Call-to-Action (CTA) placements on Myntra for better conversions.
  • Manage commission structures, chargebacks, and profitability calculations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in handling Myntra seller panel (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of product listing, discounts, pricing, and Myntra Ads.
  • Good understanding of order management, inventory tracking, and warehouse coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with payment reconciliation and commission management.
  • Analytical skills to track sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
