**Marketplace Management**:

- Manage and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms such as Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart, and Meesho.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback to enhance sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams to resolve any issues related to listings, orders, or payments.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and enhance brand presence across various digital channels.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Optimize SEO to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Monitor and analyze website analytics and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.
- **Promotions and Campaigns**:

- Plan and execute promotional activities, discount offers, and special campaigns to attract and retain customers.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotions and provide regular reports on performance.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Ensure a seamless customer experience by addressing customer inquiries, managing reviews, and handling any post-sales issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms like Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart, and Meesho.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
