Department: E-Commerce / Online Sales

Experience Required: 1 – 3 Years

Education: Graduate (Preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive who can handle complete online brand management and drive sales growth across multiple marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing listings, pricing, discounts, promotions, advertising, and payment reconciliation on major e-commerce platforms like Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, and Nykaa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listing creation, updating, and optimization across e-commerce platforms.
  • Plan and execute discounts, pricing strategies, and promotional offers to boost brand sales.
  • Monitor daily sales performance, prepare reports, and conduct sales analytics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Handle advertising campaigns (ads, sponsored listings, promotions) to maximize visibility and ROI.
  • Manage inventory coordination with internal teams to ensure stock availability and avoid order cancellations.
  • Conduct payment and order reconciliation with portals to ensure accurate settlements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to enhance brand visibility and presentation.
  • Keep track of competitor pricing, trends, and campaigns to stay competitive.
  • Work closely with category managers of portals to ensure smooth operations and brand growth.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce portals like Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, and Nykaa.
  • Proficiency in Excel and sales analytics.
  • Excellent understanding of pricing, discounting, and promotional planning.
  • Ability to handle multiple marketplaces simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
