Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead our online business operations and drive brand growth across leading marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end e-commerce management — including listing, pricing, discounts, promotions, advertising, payment reconciliation, sales analytics, and strategy implementation — to maximize visibility, profitability, and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all e-commerce operations across platforms such as Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart, and Nykaa.
  • Handle product listings, pricing, and discount strategies to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Plan and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to increase sales and visibility.
  • Manage advertising and sponsored ad campaigns to drive conversions and brand awareness.
  • Perform sales analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking to identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversee payment and order reconciliation and ensure accuracy with marketplace settlements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to stay updated on trends, pricing, and campaign strategies.
  • Develop and execute brand growth strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to management with actionable insights.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management (preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands).
  • Strong understanding of marketplace operations (Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart, Nykaa, Amazon, etc.).
  • Expertise in Excel, data analysis, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with attention to detail and result-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage teams and multiple platforms efficiently.
