Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across major online marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end e-commerce operations including listing, pricing, discounts, promotions, advertising, payment reconciliation, and sales analytics to ensure smooth operations and drive consistent brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations on platforms like Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, and Nykaa.
  • Handle product listings, uploads, and updates with proper descriptions and images.
  • Plan and implement pricing, offers, and discount strategies to maximize sales.
  • Execute advertising campaigns and promotional activities for better visibility and ROI.
  • Conduct sales and performance analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage payment and order reconciliation with marketplace partners.
  • Coordinate with inventory, marketing, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
  • Conduct competitor research to stay ahead in pricing, trends, and promotions.
  • Contribute to overall brand growth strategy and performance improvement.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, and Nykaa seller panels.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, analytics, and marketing campaigns.
  • Good command of Excel and reporting tools.
  • Excellent coordination, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple portals simultaneously.
