Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for all Pre & Post-sales correspondence with the customers, constantly monitoring collections norms and ensuring timely collection from customers.
- Ensure regular monitoring of project progress and keep clients updated on the same.
- Receive the customer in a professional way so as to enhance showroom image.
- Ensure timeliness, completion, comprehensiveness, and accuracy of all documentation pertaining to Residential Sale.
- BE Monitor and Share customer satisfaction reports and trends
- Resolving customer queries, preparing ledgers and addressing the issues highlighted by the customers through call.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Help in streamlining helpdesk operations and CREs, keep track of all customer and common area pending works and follow up with property manager till completion.

Experience - Minimum 1 year's of experience is required.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
