**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Support**:
- Address concerns related to bookings, services, payments, or platform functionality.
- Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments (e.g., site engineers, service providers).
- **Complaint Management**:
- Register and document customer complaints systematically.
- Track complaint resolutions, ensuring closure within defined timelines.
- Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction post-resolution.
- **Appointment Coordination**:
- Assist customers in scheduling inspections and services.
- Ensure proper communication between customers, site engineers, and service providers.
- **Payment Assistance**:
- Guide customers through payment processes, including milestone payments.
- Resolve payment disputes or failures with efficiency.
- **Customer Feedback**:
- Collect feedback on completed services and overall app experience.
- Suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction based on recurring issues.
- **Data Management**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Prepare periodic reports highlighting key trends and areas of improvement.
**Requirements**:
- **Educational Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in customer service are an added advantage.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role.
- Experience in service platforms or similar industries is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer care software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- **Behavioral Traits**:
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
- A proactive and customer-first mindset.
