**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Customer Care Associate fluent in Hindi, Telugu and English to handle voice and non-voice customer interactions. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
2. Assist customers with product-related queries, order statuses, and post-purchase support.

3. Provide solutions to customer complaints efficiently and professionally.

4. Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain CRM records.

5. Offer detailed information about The Indus Valley’s products, emphasizing their health benefits and sustainability. 6. Collect customer feedback and communicate it to relevant teams to improve products and services.

7. Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.

**Qualifications**:
1. Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi, Telugu and English (verbal and written)

2. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in an ecommerce or kitchenware industry.

3. Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic computer operations.

4. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, patience, and a customer-centric approach.

5. Flexibility: Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
