**Job Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and send invoices to clients/customers.
- Track outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Communicate with clients/customers for payment reminders and ensure timely collection.
- Resolve billing issues or disputes in coordination with internal departments.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions in accounting software.
- Prepare regular reports on receivables status for management review.
- Reconcile accounts receivable with bank statements and customer accounts.
- Ensure proper allocation of received payments.
- Adhere to company policies and financial regulations.
- Assist in audits and provide required documentation.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- **2-3 years of experience** in accounts receivable or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Odoo) and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
