**We are looking for Accounts Receivables Executive (experienced in commercials),**

**Location - Vidyavihar, Mumbai.**

**Roles & Responsibilities:

- **

**Accounts Receivable**:

- Manage the accounts receivable process from invoice generation to final payment
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate financial records
- Generate aging reports and assist in credit control and risk analysis
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing and audit preparation

**Commercial Support**:

- Collaborate with the sales and commercial teams to ensure accurate pricing and contract terms
- Review and validate sales orders for alignment with agreed commercial terms
- Maintain and update customer master data including billing terms, pricing structures, and credit limits
- Provide support in drafting and reviewing customer contracts and quotations
- Work closely with the logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth order-to-cash processes
- Analyze customer buying patterns and assist in commercial reporting for decision-making
