**Reports to**: Accounts Manager

**Job Summary**:
We're looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Executive to manage our B2B and B2C accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely payments, accurate records, and process improvements.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Manage B2B and B2C accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely payments.

2. Send reminders and follow up with customers on outstanding payments.

3. Perform KYC and customer registration.

4. Reconcile customer ledgers and resolve discrepancies.

5. Monitor daily overdue receivables and address potential issues.

6. Maintain accurate records and reports.

7. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues.

8. Analyze and implement process improvements.

**Requirements**:
1. One years of accounts receivable experience (similar industry preferred).

2. Strong accounting knowledge and practices.

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

4. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

5. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Zoho Books) and MS Office.

**Preferred Skills**:
1. B2B and B2C accounts receivable experience.

2. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
