**Position**: Accounts Receivable Executive

**Location**:Wadala West (5 min nearby Dadar Station)

**Experience**: 2-4 years in accounts receivable

**Salary**:20k to 25k

Roles and responsibility:

- **Accounts Receivable Management**: Maintain records of all receivables, ensuring that customer accounts are up to date and accurate.
- **Reconciliation of Accounts**: Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies related to payments, billing, and credit notes.
- **Aging Report Management**: Prepare and maintain aging reports to track overdue payments and highlight critical issues to management.
- **Coordination with Sales and Billing Teams**: Work closely with the sales and billing departments to resolve any billing discrepancies, delays, or disputes.
- **Credit Control**: Monitor and manage customer credit limits, ensuring compliance with company credit policies and mitigating credit risk.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all receivable transactions, including payment receipts, credit notes, and adjustments.
- **Customer Communication**: Regularly communicate with customers regarding payment status, and account adjustments, providing excellent customer service.
- **Reporting**:Prepare periodic reports on outstanding receivables, collections, and credit notes for management review.
- **Support for Financial Closing**: Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings by providing necessary data and reports for receivables

Qualifications and Skills:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable management.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in accounting software and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams effectively.
- **Time Management**:Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- **Customer Focus**: Strong focus on customer service, with a proactive approach to resolving billing and payment issues.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
