**Purpose of the Role:

The Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive will be responsible for **managing customer accounts, ensuring timely invoicing, tracking payments, and resolving queries** to support the company’s financial operations. The role demands strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in handling receivables, preferably in the **travel or logistics sector**.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and issue **accurate invoices** to customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update **customer account records** with precision.
- Monitor outstanding balances and perform **regular follow-ups** with clients.
- Send **Statements of Account (SOAs)** and manage collections efficiently.
- Handle **customer queries, disputes, and escalations** with professionalism.
- Allocate incoming payments against invoices and perform **bank reconciliations**.
- Assist with **internal and external audits** by providing necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to **streamline AR processes** and improve cash flow.

**Skills & Competencies Required:

- Strong knowledge of **accounts receivable processes, collections, and reconciliations**.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel** and accounting software (SAP, Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills**.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and **problem-solving ability**.
- Ability to **multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines** in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to the **travel or logistics industry** will be an added advantage.
