**Shift**:Rotational Day shift

**Requirements & Skills Required**:

- Qualification : Any graduate or postgraduate can apply.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in **BPO sales or BPO customer service** can apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle the calls from customers from different countries
- Solve customer issues and queries
- Responding to the needs of customers
- Selling and giving information on the products or services.
