Roles and Responsibility:

- Handle customers and vendor requests, external communication with them.
- Assist customer on their enquiries over telephone.
- Develops, justifies and successfully executes strategic operating plans.
- Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them accordingly to defined priority & severity levels.
- Provide internal and external customers with guidance, advise on product usage, solutions and optimization.

Additional Qualification
- Must have good English and Tamil knowledge. Tamil is mandatory.
- Must have logical and analytical thinking.

**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Flexible shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ambattur, Chennai - 600058, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
